Other Activities

  • Fall Retreat

    September

After the dust settles from the first month of classes, pull away from campus for a rejuvenating weekend immersed in nature. It will be a chance to develop meaningful friendships and get rooted in God’s truth and grace.

Thanks to generous alumni, the retreat is free for students.

  • October Break Getaway

    October Break

After making it through midterms, head with us into the changing foliage of New England to spend a few days in outdoor exploration, communal rest and meditative times in Scripture.

  • January Retreat

    January 2025

Take the first weekend of second semester to connect in community and to gain clarity in how we can best invest our lives at Yale.

  • Spring Break and Summer Opportunities

Spring Break (First Week) + May Trips

In light of our vision of living out faith, hope and love in our campus, city and world, we organize projects to broaden our understanding of God’s heart for all peoples, whether right here in New Haven or overseas. We also incorporate training components into these trips to equip for a lifetime of ministry.

    Details to follow.

  • Campus Wide Dialogues

    Throughout Semester

Every year we organize open forums to address issues of faith and life. We also seek ways to engage the campus at large with the good news of Jesus, e.g., a pop-up art expo inviting the campus to ponder beauty and transcendence, especially as found in God. We also helped organize an outdoor Easter worship celebration in collaboration with other Christian ministries.

  • City Outreach

    Regularly

We seek to share God’s love in word and deed with New Haven kids in nearby neighborhoods, whether through mentoring, helping at food pantries, etc.
